TrueTandem’s “Make It Real” process, based on Microsoft’s Sure Step Agile methodology, provides unique processes that drive very high levels of client satisfaction. Our Proprietary Dynamics Tools
TrueTandem Dynamics Solutions brings an arsenal of tools to every client engagement that allows us to deliver results faster, which lowers your costs. These proprietary tools have been developed over a number of years and are the result of our working with clients who articulated challenges that, in many cases, we can apply to multiple industries. We built these tools to shorten development timeframes, and they get our clients results...quickly and efficiently.
- Active Directory User Management—Proactively enables and disables CRM users based on their AD status.
- Business Process Framework—Experience a flexible, user-driven workflow that goes well beyond CRM's native workflow/processes capabilities. This tool supports serial and parallel paths, electronic approvals and process tracking. Participants can move a given request forward in the process or return it to any step in the process for corrections/clarifications. The framework automatically tracks all business process updates and can provide detailed process reporting.
- Client-side Document Generation—Simplify the process of creating documents (such as sales quotes) from CRM data. Unlike a traditional mail merge, the solution allows end users to edit the resulting document before directly saving it to CRM and emailing to the client (if desired).
- CRM SDK Abstraction Library—Abstracts SDK calls making developers more productive by leveraging abstracted calls to access common functions.
- Dynamic Columns—Allows CRM views to contain dynamically calculated values or values from an external system.
- Dialog System—Provides a re-usable framework for building user oriented dialogs triggered by CRM actions; similar to the dialogs capability provided in CRM 2011.
- Inbound Email Processor—Processes inbound email to designated mailboxes and creates appropriate CRM records and/or service requests creating an automated way to track inbound requests.
- N:NUI—Provides an easy way for users to manage n:n relationships in CRM with a grid of checkboxes that allows the user to check off the attributes that apply. Behind the scenes the component associates or disassociates the records as needed.
- Server-side Document Creation—Executes on the server side to provide for document creation triggered by a workflow or business process step.
- System Initiated Data Importer—Supports importing data from ODBC connections, .csv flat files or any web service/custom system by taking a configuration file that maps the originating system to corresponding CRM entities. This tool can be used on a regular basis to keep systems in sync or one time to migrate data from legacy systems.
- Workflow Activity Library—Provides a number of utility functions enabling more extensive workflows than provided out-of-the-box.
